STEP 2 – Once we understand your needs we will put together an outline proposal which we will discuss with you in detail so you understand the options available and the impact on your budget. STEP 3 – Should our outline proposal be of potential interest, we will come to your site to conduct a site survey, show you some material samples to help finalise your required specification and design. This is also a great opportunity to meet and answer any further questions you may have. STEP 4 – We will finalize our proposal and then leave that with you for consideration. This is also a great opportunity to meet and answer any further questions you may have. STEP 4 Should you wish to go ahead with the proposal, we charge a fee of £500.00* + submission fee to draft plans for your planning application. The fee* is deducted from your final build cost. Once your application is approved, we ask for a 10% deposit to secure your order and schedule the installation. A 40% payment prior to our start date and 50% in staged payments throughout construction for your peace of mind. Designs that comply with the caravan act/twin unit act, have a slightly different payment schedule due to manufacturing processes.
